One clear quote for every task.
During the founding pilot every task is priced individually by our team, so the price reflects the real distance, time and responsibility involved.
What's in a quote
- Task fee — for the tasker's time and travel. Most of it goes to the tasker.
- Service fee — 10% of the task fee (minimum ₦500). Covers vetting, support and dispute handling.
What affects the price
- Distance and traffic at the time
- How long it should take
- Urgency
- The value involved and the trust level needed
- Evidence requirements such as a live call or long video
Cancellations
Cancel free of charge before a tasker is assigned. Once a tasker is on the way, a late cancellation may be charged to cover their time. After they arrive, report a problem instead and our team will help.
Customer requests are opening by invitation in Lagos while we onboard our founding taskers.
