A screened person, a clear record, and you stay in control.
Dovariq keeps the process simple on purpose. Every step is recorded, and nothing is marked complete until you say so.
1. Tell us what needs to happen
Describe it in plain words: where, when, and what evidence you want back — photos, video, a written report, a receipt, a live video call.
2. We review it and send one price
A member of our team checks the request for safety, decides what level of tasker it needs, and sends you a single all-in quote. There's no bidding and no haggling.
3. Pay, and we match a screened tasker
Online card payment isn't live yet; during the pilot we confirm bank transfers manually. Once payment is confirmed, we offer your task to a tasker who covers the area and has the right track record. You can see their Dovariq Passport.
4. Follow along
- You're notified when they set off, arrive and start.
- Evidence is uploaded to your task page as they work, with time stamps.
- If you asked for a live call, they call you from the location.
5. Review the evidence, then confirm
Only you can confirm the task is complete. If something isn't right, report a problem instead — the tasker's payout is held while our team reviews the evidence from both sides.
6. Both sides review each other
Reviews only come from completed tasks. They feed the tasker's Dovariq Passport and your customer record.
