Tasks we never accept
These rules protect taskers, customers and the public. A request that may break them goes to our team for review before anyone is sent, and Dovariq declines it if it does.
Never accepted
- Anything illegal, including weapons, ammunition, explosives, drugs or stolen goods.
- Following, watching, tracking or secretly recording a person, or finding out where someone lives.
- Threats, intimidation, harassment, or collecting debts by pressure.
- Pretending to be a police officer, government official or anyone else.
- Carrying sealed or hidden packages whose contents the tasker can't see or the customer won't describe.
- Breaking in, or entering property without the owner's or occupant's permission.
- Anything that puts the tasker in danger.
If a task turns out to be different
Taskers can decline any offer, and can withdraw from a task that is unsafe or materially different from what was posted, without penalty. Report it in the app so our team can follow up.
Evidence must be honest
Photos and videos must be captured at the task, at the time of the task. Reusing old photos or editing evidence to mislead is a serious breach and ends a tasker's access.
